A SAFETY AUDIT examines and determines whether or not a company’s daily activities and processes conform to their planned health and safety arrangements as well as government laws.
The Occupational safety and health act {OSHA-2007 Section 11 (1)}, and its subsidiary legislation vide L.N. 31-2004, states that every workplace must be audited annually.
By a duly approved person who after identifying the hazards, advice the occupier on how to eliminate or reduce the degrees of risks accordingly, compile a report and then communicate the findings to the Directorate of Occupational safety & health services (DOSHS) being the regulating authority
At Safety Max Solutions we undertake a comprehensive Occupation Health and Safety audits and a follow up exercise on the audit recommendations.
